Outlook 2000 does not respond after Dec 1, 2003

Good day,

Since yesterday, December-1-2003, after initiating Outlook 2000, the
program freezes. This happens a couple of seconds after the Outlook
window shows up as usual.

Moving the system's date back, e.g. November 30, causes the program to
work as usual.

I have scanned my system for viruses with an updated Norton AntiVirus,
and it came out clean.

I have scanned the pst file with Scanpst and it was OK. Also, I run
Outlook in Safe mode with the same results.

My Outlook 2000 has version 9.0.0.2711. Three days ago I installed the
latest security updates for Internet Explorer 6 and Outlook Express.

Any help will be appreciated,
