Outlook 2000: E-mail Format

When I open an E-mail form by clicking on New Mail Message and then click
the "To" box, the E-mail address that I get is the recipient's name. Does
anyone know how to set the default to show the actual E-mail address rather
than the name?

This is important for those people who have more than one E-mail address.
