Outlook 2000 Email Address Questions

Hi,

I just started using Outlook 2000 and am trying to find a way to
automatically have Outlook use both email addresses that I have listed in a
single person's contact info without having to manually select both email
addresses when I create messages to this person. Is this possible. If so,
how do you do it?

Also, is there a way to have Outlook display the full email addresses in
the "From" portion of incoming emails in the preview window or in the main
list of emails in my inbox?
