2 errors that my user encountered:

1)When compose an outlook mail, user includes himself
(email address) in the distribution list, this error
prompted (see below)

"The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Robin on 18/02/04 9:23 AM
error....
Sim on 18/02/04 9:23 AM
500 error"

2) User was having problem to receive email sent by
customer. Below is the undelivered message received by his
customer.

"(e-mail address removed) on 2/14/2004 12:08 AM
This message is larger than the current system limit or
the recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message
body or remove attachments and try sending it again.

<asl-exch1.xxx.xx.xxx.com #5.2.3 smtp;450 5.2.3 Msg Size
greater than allowed by Remote Host>"

I have not set any limit for his mailbox so don't
understand why his email was bounced due to its size
limit. My email server is Mdaemon running on Win2k pro
platfrom.

He is using MS Outlook 2000. Is there any size limit
setting in MS Outlook?

If anyone know the solution please enlighten me. Thanks a
zillion.
