Outlook 2000 Formatting Toolbar

The format toolbar in Outlook does not work when trying
to send an email. I can still see it but it is very
light and the buttons do not respond. All other tools
are ok. How can I fix this?

Nevermind. I found the answer looking through old
posts. (Stupid me, I had plain text selected) Thanks!
