Outlook 2000 internet repair

How do I repair my outlook 2000 internet e-mail. It seems
to be corrupt. 2 messages are locked in my outbox and send
without any deletion. Also, my inbox is locked and I
cannot receive any messages. I understand their is a
repair kit to download. Is this right? Any other
suggestions??
