Outlook 2000 Locks-up, has e-mail stuck in Outbox!

Outlook 2000 locks-up, moves very slow occasionally, and
will NOT remove (release) 1 e-mail in the Outbox. This
workstation has XP Pro, ALL Windows updates, ALL Norton
updates (scanned) & ALL Office updates (SP's) from
Microsoft's website.
The only way to close Outlook is to use Task Manager!
This PC also hooks up to Exchange Server 5.5 on an NT 4.0
BackOffice Server, but ALL of the other PC's on the
network work fine.
The .PST file is not that large and I've compared all
settings to the other PC's that work.

Any other ideas?
