Outlook 2000 - no Rules Wizard

I have lost the rules wizard! - it was there at some point because I can
find a rule I had set up.

I have tried reinstalling Office but it still isn't there - can anyone help?

Is it on the Tools menu? Are you showing full menus (no little v shaped icon
at the bottom of your menus)?
