outlook 2000 password

outlook keep asking for username password even though they
are configured and correct and the Remember box is
checked! The Internet mail is also configured correctly.
Even when we enter the information again in the dialog box
still don't accept it!!!! PLEASE someone help! This is
companywide issue! BIG THANKS.
