I set up a rule to look for certain words in subject line
and body, an, if found, delete message.
e.g. "Undeliverable". When running I get a rules
error "cannot move message from folder". Outlook then
puts a COPY of the message in Deleted Items Folder, but
leaves the original in the In Box. What gives?
