Outlook 2000 - service packs

Dawn

We use office 2000 in our workplace. I have just insalled
the latest service packs on everyone computer and I am now
having the followign problem.....

We use a 3rd party fax software to recieve all faxes. The
user who gets all the faxes then emails them via the fax
program and outlook to others in our office. Since doing
the update when she goes to forward a fax, the email comes
up properly with the fax attached but when she clicks
on "send" nothing happens. It just sits there and does
not send the email. It is not locking up or anything it
just presses the send button and does nothing. Computers
without the service packs send fine. Please help. How do
I fix this...

Thanks Dawn

This may be similar to the Send BUG(?) I have discovered.
Does it SEND if you do CTRL+ENTER?

If so, I have been looking for ages to get round this to
no avail. It was suggested that it is because our Outlook
installation is separated from Office install. But its
something I have never believed!

Let me know.
