Outlook 2000 sometimes looks like frozen

Hi,
I'm using Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000. Connection -
100 MBit(LAN). Sometimes Outlook on one of PC's looks
like frozen. (switch between 2 small messages take about 3
min). Only one way to fix it - rebot PC. After that everything
works normally.

Resources utilization on server and client is normal.

Does somebody know how to fix it.
