Outlook 2000 SR-1

Is there supposed to be a drop-down menu next to the Send button, so I
can choose which account to send emails from?
I don't see it anywhere. Outlook is configured in Corporate|Workgroup mode

That's why... Corporate/Workgroup mode in OL2000 doesn't support sending
easily by selected account.
