Outlook 2000 to outlook 2003 - help!

I just got a new pc running outlook 2003/XP. My old pc is outlook 2000/98SE. I have to two connected using a LAN to transfer data. How can I get my emails, calendar and contacts from one to the other? The office software came pre-installed so I think I may have missed an opportunity to import at installation, what do I do now? Surely it can't be that complicated?
