Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 on Terminal Server

I am currently using Outlook 2000 installed on my computer. I need to start
utilizing Outlook 2003. The 2003 program is located on a terminal server.
How can I get my .pst folder imported/transferred to work with the 2003 on a
server? Thanks for your help,
