Outlook 2000 Tracking Tab

I don't have tracking tabs. I can't find any online
help. It tells me were the tab should be, but when I pull
up the sent email, no tabs at all. I do have receipts
requested, thus I think I should have tracking. Would
appreciate anyones help. Thanks.
