Outlook 2000 want to retain original when replying to message.

I have been using Outlook 2000 for 2 years. recently when I hit reply or
forward a message the original message disappears. It used to be retained. I
want to retain the original message when I hit reply or forward. I suspect
some setting has changed accidentally. Help.

Check your view setting on the Inbox -- make sure it's set to Messages and
not Unread Messages.
