Outlook 2000 will not display new messages

Outlook can sit open all day and no emails will display
until one that is already there is opened, then the emails
flood in. I have several customers experiencing this.
Any ideas?

I have 3 users who are experiencing the same exact problem
in my office - anyone over at MS have some suggestions?

We saw this too. We ran Spybot to remove all the adware
on their machines and this stopped happening. (Worked on
3 users..)
