Outlook 2000 Won't Launch in XP

Hi

I'm having an annoying problem with Outlook not launching. I click on the
iconon the desktop and nothing happens. But when I try to log out I get the
error message: 'Outlook.Exe is not responding'. I'm running Windows XP
Home with SP2 installed.

Can anyone help?

Will Outlook 2000 start in safe mode?

How to:
* Select Start > Run
* Type: outlook.exe /safe
* OK button
