Outlook 2000

I am using outlook 2000 and for some reason i can't send e mails to certain people in my network. I am using MS Exchange. I set up this e mail account the same way as all others. Why is this happening to certain people and not others?

What messages do you see when you try?

It doesnt give any kind of messege. It never shows up in the inbox of the destination.
