Is there a limit in Outlook 2000 for contact names that
can be set up?

Since a PST file can be up to 1.8 Gb, you can create as many contacts as
will fill up the space you have in your PST to that limit.

Brian.Tillman is the name, smiths-aerospace.com is the domain.

I don't speak for Smiths, and Smiths doesn't speak for me.

However, there is a limit to the number of items you can put in one
particular folder... ~16,000 items and/or subfolders per folder by default
for a .PST created in Outlook 2000, or ~65,000 items and/or subfolders per
folder if large table support has been enabled on that .PST.
