My client is having a very strange issue. She has 277 Contacts in her contact
list but when she tries to send a new email and clicks on the To: menu none
of them display. If she does a search for a specific name she can find them
that way but it does not automatically show all of the contacts.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

In the "Show Names from the" field, make sure she selects "Contacts" from the
drop down box. She might need to select it as the default from the "email
accounts" location.
