Outlook 2002 and Exchange server 2003

Are there any issues with using Outlook 2002 with Exchange
server 2003? We would like to upgrade our server from 2000
to 2003 but we are not allowed to upgrade our Outlook 2002
to 2003 because it is not compatible with our Blackberry
Handheld desktop software.
