outlook 2002 and hperlinks

when i open mail in outlook 2002 and try to click on any
hyperlink within that piece of mail i get an error
meesage in a box saying "internet explorer 6 setup"
command line syntax error. type /? for help. does anyone
know what this means and how i can fix this problem?
