Outlook 2002 - Attachment issue

Current behaviour: I receive a message with an attachment.
If I forward the message back to the sender the attachment
remains with the message. If I reply to the message the
attachment is not included. Does anyone know a way that I
can include the attachment on reply messages (without
including the original message as an attachment)? Thanks

There's nothing built-in to do this. Outlook assumes that the person who
sent you the file already has a copy of it.
