Outlook 2002 Automatic name checking stops working

I have a user that his Automatic name checking stops working He's running Win
XP pro SP 2 and Office XP pro SP3. It worked fine up to about a mouth ago.
I've looked for the *NK2 file but can not fine it. I did the Show all files.
