Outlook 2002 cannot connect to Exchange 2000 Server

I have been using Outlook 2002 to connect to my Exchange
2000 server for the past several months and all has worked
fine. Suddenly, when I try to launch Outlook it prompts
me for my user name, password and domain name. When I
enter these items and I'm certain I have entered them
correctly I still cannot connect. The response I get is
that the username, password or domain are incorrect. I
know these items are correct because I'm logged on with
these credentials to my Domain. I'm currently on hold
with Microsoft Tech Support but thought somebody out there
may have a solution. It appears as if the Windows 2000
laptop is passing different and incorrect credentials to
the Exchange Server. If you have any idea what is going
on I would appreciate the input. My Exchange mailbox
works fine from other computers. I can access my mailbox
using OWA. I just can't get this laptop to connect. I
can also log on to this laptop as a different user and
connect using Outlook 2002 to my Exchange 200 server
mailbox and all works fine. So, the problem seems to be
confined to this user on this laptop.
