Outlook 2002: clear settings

How do I clear all my Outlook settings and do a fresh
install? I have Outlook 2002 and have been using the
Cloudmark anti-spam software for the past year on my work
PC. A couple of weeks ago my Cloudmark stopped working
(the buttons stopped popping up).

I've installed it on my home PC and it works fine. So I
reinstalled Outlook on my work PC but the Cloudmark
buttons still don't pop up. The defaults automatically
are selected to my previous choices. I want to try
tricking Cloudmark in to thinking that I've never
installed it on my work PC. How do I clear all my Outlook
settings and start fresh?

Have you tried uninstall & reinstall on Cloudmark?

reinstalled Cloudmark.

Lynn, the only thing I can think of is - uninstall Cloudmark (again) but
before you reinstall, remove any references to it in the registry. If you
aren't comfortable playing around with registry settings I suggest a google
search on how to backup the registry before making any changes.
Once you have cleaned Cloudmark from your registry, reinstall and see if it
does what you want it to do.
Just for your info, I used this program myself a while back but uninstalled
it. I now use Mailwasher and find it much more effective. Good luck & Happy
