Outlook 2002 - completed flag no longer prints date/time, how to change?

I have always used the flag feature when ticking it completed as a
tool to show as a time/date stamp for when the update in the comment
was performed. The COMPLETED flagged messages still show the date and
time on the screen, but when printing out, this vital information no
longer is included.

How can I change that pls? Yesterday I had to resort to a screenshot,
which worked yesterday as the email message fit on the screen. But
this won't work for most instances, as most msgs are longer, esp. when
concerning cases where that date/time stamp is needed as proof of
something.

Hoefully someone knows how to change this feature to do what O2K does.

I'm in a second contract where this is happening and it's a serious
problem. Re the soft copy, it's great that the info is still there.
I put a conclusion to a situation in the flag message box and then
press completed and that puts closure on the issue. When my boss asks
whatever happened re something, I can go back to the last email and
see my remarks and the date/time of those remarks and report back.

It used to be that when I printed out those emails, that the completed
date and time would also print. Not so in this last job.

How can I restore those settings, pls?
