Outlook 2002 completely freezes at startup

hello,
I have a computer that outlook will just not startup on. I know wha
the problem is, but I just can't fix it. Aparently this user has neve
deleted an email. So her email has exceeded the 2gig limit. The proble
is I can't find the file that holds all her email. I was able to use a
external program to get her emails out of outlook and into anothe
computer where it opened in safemode. Then I had her remove a bunch o
emails so it would boot up and I could export them to a pst. Then
uninstalled her version and reinstalled it thinking that would fix th
problem. But nope..it didn't.

So Finally the question is where are these emails kept? I need t
completely remove this file, so that I can reimport them.

Thanks,
web

Do a search for *.pst and you will find the file, make sure you are also
searching hidden files. I get nervous if the PST goes over about 500 MB, but
I think it will work up to about 1.6 GB and then troubles can start.
