I am using XP pro . when I click "to" on a new message to find E-mail
addresses I get the list including fax numbers. Is it possible to get teh
list with E-mail addresses only. This is also a problem when I want to send
the same message to a group of people.

Try adding an alphabetic character to the fax numbers of your contacts to
remove them from the address book
