Outlook 2002 email stops responding after 30 minutes, or
so, even if the pc is not touched. Reboot the computer to
restore. I do not use AOL. No problem with a different
computer connected to the same ethernet home wired
network. Software is MS Small Business Edition, bought
with new computer. Computer is new HP Media Center (Win
XP Pro). Happens during send/receive. Works perfectly for
maybe 30 minutes to an hour, then the message that your
mail cannot be processed. At that time. Send/Receive is
no longer successful. Sometimes you can close Outlook
after Mail hangs, and open Outlook Express. Same email
address works fine on Express. Please help!
