Outlook 2002 Failed to connect to EXchange 2003

Hi,

I can create an Exchange 2003 account in Outlook 2002 (Office XP Small
business) but
during creation it does not prompt for the Exchange password. Trying to
open the Exchange
folders fails with the message "can not access the folders...must be logged
on...etc"

I was able to create the same account in a Windows 98 machine with outlook
2000 as well as
on another machine with Windows XP and Outlook 2002 without any problem.

Is there an issue with Office Xp Small Business as regards WIndows Server
2003/Exhange Server 2003?

Any help is much appreciated.
