Outlook 2002: Font sizes change after send?

We've been experiencing a problem with Outlook 2002 (all patches) +Exchange
2000 (unknown patch state). This problem occurs if we use either Wordmail
or the native Outlook mail editor. When a user sends the mail, sometimes
the formatting of part of the e-mail changes. The changes show up both in
the recieved e-mail, and the copy of the e-mail that is stored in the Sent
Items box. The changes do not show before sending.

The usual formatting change is font size change, usually two or three
seperate changes, interspersed throughout the e-mail. We have verified this
to not be user error, but we have no other leads to go on. Microsoft's KB
does not appear to have any articles on this.

Anybody else experiencing this? Anybody else have any suggestions?

We have a select few users that are having this SAME issue... Anyone ever
get an answer. THe only difference is we are using OL2003 w/Exchange 2000
server.

HELP!!! Some of these users are stsarting to get a bit upset with us for not
having a solution... We have tried changing the fonts - it's not ALL the
time and not ALL users. It happens with new or replied to mail.. ANY WORD??
