Outlook 2002 -- Forwarding Email To Another Account

Greetings!

An employee just left our company. We have Outlook 2002.
We need to forward email the former employee will receive
to another employee.

How can we do this?

Have you tried the Rules Wizard from the Tools menu or if this is all POP3
can the ISP do anything
