outlook 2002 hyperlinks

I am unable to open any hyperlinks in emails in 2002. I
was originally getting a message that the link browser
could not be found. Now getting an error command line
sayntax error. Has anyone had or heard of this problem?
I've been searching on-line for a solution, but to no
avail.

Found that this is an IE issue which a re-install fixed
