Outlook 2002 Multiple E-mail accounts

I'm running Outlook 2002 with Windows XP. I recently set
up an additional email account and now I get constant
password prompts in the form of a dialogue box
titled "Enter Network Password". The dialogue box
already has the correct server name and user name entered
and a password is included. How do I eliminate this
aggravation?
