Outlook 2002 not remembering password issue

Hi

I am using Windows XP and Outlook 2002. Until I had my password
changed on my main e-mail account I had no issues. But after this
Outlook randomly display the pop box asking me to re-enter my password
even when I ticked the box to remember it.
This happens at random times. I have tryed the fix in 290684 - OL2002
The Save Password Setting Is Not Saved When You Connect to a POP3
Server.mht but it didn't make any difference.

The fact that it remembers sometimes then forgets is annoying. Any
ideas or fixes?
