Outlook 2002 not saving passwords

I've tried the suggested fix at (the reg edit Protected
Storage System Provider) and couldn't find the switches
and settings mentioned (there wasn't a section for
windows xp so I just went by the windows 2000)

The following solution should work for all Outlook versions on Windows XP
(note, this article is written for OE but the solution applies to Outlook as
well. Just ignore the parts that refer to OE):
