Outlook 2002/ Paragraph marks and dots

I've done something to my Outlook. All my reply emails have paragraphs
marks all over them and replies have dots between all the words. I
don't know if the recipients see either. What have I done and what's
the fix??

You're using WordMail as your editor and toggled the Show/Hide button on the
toolbar on. It looks like a paragraph mark. Click it to return to a normal
view.
