I have a small problem with Outlook concerning the fields being
displayed for the different folders.
When I view the folders of my regular mailbox (Inbox, Sent items, ...),
they're all OK. I see the "From", "Subject", "Received", "Size" fields
and that's perfect.
The problem comes when I add a second mailbox to the same Outlook
profile. I can access it from the folder list at the left screen of
the screen. That other mailbox has several folders, including the
Inbox, Sent items, Deleted items, ...
The problem is when I view those folders, the fields are all absent
except for the "Received" field. So by default, for all the folders of
the mailbox, all I see is the date that the message was sent. No
"object" field, no "from", no nothing else. Why is that? I have to
manually add the fields I want to all the folders of all the mailboxes
I add.
I know it's not the mailbox's fault because when I add that same
mailbox to another user, they don't have the problem.
So how do I change the fields for all the folders of all the mailboxes
at the same time in Outlook 2002 ? I only know how to change them
manually one folder at a time which takes way too much time. I would
like to add the mailboxes to the Outlook profile and automatically the
fields displayed are identical to my original mailbox. Only seeing the
date the message was sent isn't very useful to know what messages to
read...
