Outlook 2002 problem

I did a complete reinstall of Windows XP and Office XP.
I also installed Earthlink's new software. Now, when I
run Outlook 2002 I get a message saying, "Unable to
locate object." and it won't send or receive e-mail.
Outlook Express 6.0, however, seems to be working fine.
Anybody know how to fix this?
