Outlook 2002 - Remember Password

Office Professional XP:Outlook 2002

When you click Send/Receive to process your Microsoft
Network (MSN) e-mail, you are prompted for the user name
and password, even though the Remember Password check box
is selected on the Servers tab of that mail account's
properties.

The Microsoft support say that installing the Office
Professional SP2 will fix this. I have tried this out and
still have the problem.

Can anyone help with this ?
