Outlook 2002 Runtime Error

I have Microsoft Office 2002. I'm running WinXP. (I've had both for 2 years)

I just started getting this error message: (when starting Outlook 2002)

Outlook - runtime error! program files\microsoft\office10\outlook.exe
abnormal program termination.

I have to open it again, then it's OK?

Anybody know what the problem is?
