Outlook 2002 Sends Emails Multiple Times to Recipient

I am having a problem with my Outlook 2002. Every email I
send goes to the recipient multiple times, even though I
am only sending it once. It also seems some emails get
stuck in the outbox, still sending to the recipients
until I delete it. Does anyone know how to fix this
problem?
