This is a new installation of Outlook 2002 SP-2. Outlook hangs during
download of emails from POP server after a few emails are downloaded.
Outlook Express 6.0 downloads the email from the same POP server fine.
Where can I start to troubleshoot why Outlook 2002 SP-2 is hanging?? I have
tried a new empty PST file with no luck. I even deleted all my mail from
the POP server hoping that there was a corrupt message with no luck.
Finally, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Outlook software and also
applied all patches suggested using Office Update. Below is information
from System Info and also from the event viewer...
Any help would be appreciated
