The html email does not contain Javascript or Vbscript. Doesn't utilize
iFrame or Frame in the code (https://www.kb.cert.org/vuls/id/842160). "<a
name=>" isn't blank (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811946/). Receiving
this particular html email caused Outlook to freeze. Here's the event log:

When replying to this email to myself, the "Sending/Receiving Complete"
appears on the lower right-hand of Outlook and freezes. I close and restart
