I would appreciate someone suggesting a resolution to the

Ever since upgrading to Office XP sp3 every time I want
to create an email a a dialog box comes up to ask me if I
want to allow a program attempting to access... It is
Word starting as my email editor. I have it set up to
use Microsoft Word as my editor and it is part of the
Office XP suite so what's up?
