Outlook 2002 timeout on HTTP for MSN E-mail

I am using outlook 2002 to pull MSN8 e-mail via HTTP. Anytime the e-mail is
over 300k a http timeout server can not be found or communication has been
lost with server error pops up when I use dial up away from the office. If
I am hooked in to the offices high speed connection no error. What do you
do to increase the http timeout for the e-mail?
