Outlook 2002 Tutorials

I am helping to tutor a number of students, focusing on the basics and fundamentals of Microsoft Outlook 2002. I was wondering if anybody knew where I could get a very efficient introductory tutorial that could help with this. Maybe something that introduces the basics of Email, Outllook, and how to use the calendar, tasks, etc

I have ordered a book for this purpose but I do not think that it will arrive in time
